The Petoskey-Harbor Springs Area Community Foundation is a nonprofit, publicly accountable organization. Please find our most recent Audit and 990 Tax Return on this page. Complete hard copies of both these documents are also available at our office.
The Community Foundation’s Finance Committee is responsible for overseeing the financials of the organization, including quarterly financial reports, internal financial controls, annual operating budget and the annual financial Audit.
The Community Foundation’s Investment Committee is responsible for overseeing our investment portfolio and making appropriate recommendations to our Board of Trustees, who hold ultimate responsibility. The Community Foundation uses the services of an investment consultant to assist in the selection of funds and/or money managers to monitor investment performance. A copy of our Investment Policy Statement is available upon request. Information regarding our investment consultant, copies of our quarterly investment performance, and fees charged are also available upon request.
